The American Caroling Company

The American Caroling Company (ACC) is the nation’s largest holiday entertainment company, with professional teams in 20+ cities. Founded in Nashville in 2008, ACC quickly became known for its rich a cappella harmonies, theatrical presentations, and original arrangements tailored to the unique talents of its performers.

Our artists bring exceptional musicianship, energy, and professionalism to every performance—whether in hotel ballrooms, corporate events, city festivals, stadiums, or film and television productions. Today, ACC performers are regularly featured at events for A-list celebrities, Fortune 500 companies, and professional sports teams.

Beyond traditional caroling, ACC produces seasonal and specialty a cappella groups including Spring Fever, American Voices, and The Skeleton Crew, bringing musical entertainment to events year-round. Frequently Asked Questions

Do they arrive in costume, or do they change on-site?2026-03-13T17:05:52+00:00

Most of our performers arrive in costume, ready to go. Obviously, masked characters like the Grinch and inflatable characters like Olaf cannot arrive in costume and will need a place to change on site.

Is there a minimum booking rate?2026-03-13T17:05:33+00:00

Yes. 45 minutes is the lowest amount of time we will book. Performers can entertain for less than that amount of time if needed for your event, but the price will be the same as our 45-minute rate.

How far will you guys travel?2026-03-13T17:05:16+00:00

For the right price, we’ll go anywhere! Events within a 50-mile radius of any of our 20 regional city headquarters do not incur any travel fees. Events outside of that radius will incur travel fees, generally at a rate of $.75 per mile for the group.

Are there parking specifications?2026-03-13T17:04:58+00:00

Clients must provide free parking or parking reimbursement for all performers.

Are the performances continuous or do they take breaks?2026-03-13T17:04:37+00:00

All performances longer than an hour will include break(s) for the performers. Our general rule is 50 minutes on, 10 minutes off every hour; however, we’re happy to work with your event planner to break when it makes most sense for your program or crowd flow. Events longer than 4 hours must include a 30-minute meal break for performers.

Can the performers entertain outdoors?2026-03-13T17:03:38+00:00

We need to know ahead of time if there will be any outside performing, so the performers can layer under their costumes accordingly. For the health and safety of our performers, and to retain the integrity of our gorgeous costumes, we never work in active precipitation without cover, and must have special permission from the performers to work in temperatures below 35F.

How are the performers dressed?2026-03-13T17:03:13+00:00

Carolers perform all events in full Victorian costume unless otherwise requested. We also offer holiday sweaters and cocktail attire as costume options.
